How do completed PDFs work?

After office fields are completed, the owner can finalize the submission. FormOS generates a completed PDF using the submitted public answers, office-use answers, signatures, and initials.

The completed PDF is emailed to the form owner and to the submitter if FormOS can detect a valid submitter email from the public form data.

Uploaded images or documents are not embedded into the completed PDF.
