FormOS may store limited metadata about uploaded files, including:

Payment and Billing Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. FormOS does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

We may store subscription status, plan details, billing customer IDs, invoices, payment status, and related billing metadata.

Technical and Usage Information

3. Google User Data and Google Drive Integration

FormOS allows users to connect their Google account so that uploaded form files and generated documents can be saved directly into the user’s own Google Drive.

Google Data We Access

When a user connects Google Drive to FormOS, we may access the following Google user data, depending on the permissions granted:

  • Basic Google account information, such as the connected Google account email address or profile identifier, used to show connection status and identify the connected Google Drive account.
  • Google Drive folder information selected or created by the user for storing FormOS files.
  • Google Drive file and folder metadata required to create folders, upload files, organize submissions, and display upload status.
  • Files uploaded through FormOS forms that the form owner chooses to store in their connected Google Drive.
  • Generated FormOS documents, such as completed PDFs, when they are saved or sent as part of a form workflow.
