How do I create my first form?
Create a blank form or start from a template, then add the fields your customer needs to complete.
Create a form
- Go to Dashboard.
- Open Forms.
- Select New Form.
- Choose a blank form or a template if one is available.
- Add fields in the builder and save your changes.
After creating the form, use the builder to add text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, file uploads, signatures, initials, section headings, and office-use fields.
