How do I create my first form?

Create a blank form or start from a template, then add the fields your customer needs to complete.

Create a form

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Open Forms.
  3. Select New Form.
  4. Choose a blank form or a template if one is available.
  5. Add fields in the builder and save your changes.

After creating the form, use the builder to add text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, file uploads, signatures, initials, section headings, and office-use fields.
