What field types does FormOS support?
FormOS supports text, long text, email, phone, address, dates, numbers, dropdowns, uploads, signatures, initials, and display content.
Supported field types
- Text and long text
- Email, phone, and address
- Date, number, and currency
- Dropdown and checkbox
- File upload
- Signature and initials
- Static text, section heading, and HTML content
Available field types may depend on your subscription plan and any custom quota overrides applied by Super Admin.
