What are Office Use Only fields?
Office Use Only fields are hidden from public submitters and completed later by the form owner or permitted staff.
How Office Use Only fields work
Office Use Only fields are internal fields. They do not appear on the public form and cannot be filled by the public submitter.
After a submission is received, the form owner or permitted workspace staff can fill these internal fields from the submission detail page.

- Vehicle inspection details
- Staff review outcome
- Office completion checks
