File UploadsUpdated Jun 6, 2026
Why can public users not upload files?
File uploads require an active connected storage provider and a plan that allows upload fields.
Check these items
- Google Drive or Dropbox is connected.
- An active upload provider is selected.
- Your plan allows file upload fields.
- The uploaded file type and size are allowed.
If storage is unavailable, the public form shows a clear unavailable message for upload fields.
