What happens if payment is past due or canceled?
Past due subscriptions keep access temporarily with a warning; canceled subscriptions may fall back to Free limits.
If a subscription is past due, FormOS may show a billing warning and ask you to update billing details in Stripe Customer Portal.
If a subscription is canceled and no valid billing period remains, the account may fall back to Free plan limits unless a Super Admin override applies.
