No. Public users can submit forms, but dashboard submissions are visible only to the owner or permitted workspace roles.

No. Submission data is not publicly listed.

Only the form owner and permitted workspace members can access submissions in the dashboard. Public form pages do not expose owner private data, storage tokens, OAuth tokens, or private submission answers.
