FormOS respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains what data we hold and how to ask us to delete it, including data associated with logging in through Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your FormOS account and personal data, email us at info@formos.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", or use our contact page.

Please send your request from the email address associated with your FormOS account and include:

• Your account email address
• The sign-in method you used (email/password, Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook)
• Confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.

What we delete

When we process an approved deletion request, we remove personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account profile (name, email, and login/authentication records)
• Linked social login connections (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook)
• Your business/workspace profile
• Forms, submissions, clients, and documents stored in your FormOS account
• Support requests you have submitted

Timeframe

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes, and is deleted once no longer required.

Files in connected storage

If you connected Google Drive or Dropbox, uploaded files are stored in your own connected storage account. Those files are controlled by you and must be deleted directly from that storage provider.

Facebook login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove FormOS from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app stops future access but does not automatically delete the data already held in your FormOS account. To delete that data, please send a deletion request as described above.

Once your data has been deleted, we will confirm by email.
